What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.
However, due to the nature of international shipping and made-to-order fulfillment, please review the following policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Orders delayed due to customs clearance or carrier issues
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
- Approved cases will receive a replacement or refund at our discretion
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We do not provide prepaid return labels
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable
Refunds
- Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Payment processor fees (PayPal, card fees) are non-refundable
Order Cancellations
- Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellation is not possible

다만 해외 배송 및 주문 제작 특성상 아래 정책을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
반품 가능 조건
- 상품 수령 후 14일 이내 반품 요청 시 가능
- 미사용·미세탁·원상태 상품에 한함
- 주문번호 등 구매 증빙 필수
- 14일 초과 시 반품 불가
반품 불가 상품
다음 상품은 반품이 불가합니다.
- 세일 상품(Final Sale)
- 주문 제작(Custom / Made-to-Order) 상품
- 고객 과실, 사용 흔적, 자연 마모로 인한 손상
- 통관 지연, 배송사 이슈로 인한 지연
파손·불량 상품
상품 수령 시 파손 또는 불량이 확인된 경우:
- 수령 후 7일 이내 문의
- 명확한 사진 또는 영상 제출 필수
- 승인 시 환불 또는 재배송 (당사 판단 기준)
반품 배송비
- 반품 배송비는 고객 부담
- 최초 배송비는 환불 불가
- 반품 라벨 제공하지 않음
- 관세·세금·배송비는 환불 대상 아님
환불 처리
- 반품 상품 수령 및 검수 후 환불 진행
- 처리 기간: 영업일 기준 5~10일
- 결제 수단 원복 환불
- 결제 수수료(PayPal, 카드 수수료)는 환불 불가
주문 취소
- 상품 준비 또는 배송 시작 후 취소 불가
When will I get my order?
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping method, and carrier conditions.
Please note:
- International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance, local carrier issues, or peak seasons.
- Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed and delays do not qualify for refunds.

- 해외 배송의 경우 통관 절차, 현지 배송사 사정, 성수기 등으로 지연이 발생할 수 있습니다.
- 배송 예정일은 보장된 일정이 아니며, 배송 지연을 사유로 한 환불은 불가합니다.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your order.
You will always see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, or additional fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
배송비는 배송 국가·지역 및 주문 상품 구성에 따라 결제 단계에서 자동으로 계산됩니다.
결제 완료 전 최종 배송비를 반드시 확인하실 수 있습니다.
단, 국가별 관세·세금 등 추가 비용이 발생할 수 있으며, 별도 명시가 없는 경우 해당 비용은 고객 부담입니다.
